My Diet Diary


My 3 Day diet and food variations at your desire, but I lost at least 5 pounds eating this for 3 days. I would suggest drinking black coffee with sugar substitute in-between meals. I don't suggest any exercise on this 3 day regime.
Breakfast: Banana, Toast, Boiled egg with pepper, and Green Tea/Honey with ice.



Lunch: Can of Tuna in water, crackers, and Green Tea/Honey with ice.

Dinner: Banana, 2 Hot Dogs, Ice Cream, and Green Tea/Honey with ice.
