SHAtter and the iPod Touch 4G on 4.1 Jailbroken Video

Today, a video surfaced of an iPod Touch 4th generation jailboken and running iOS 4.1 with Cydia! It was posted as just a test video with no link to the actual beta software. So, what does this mean?
