Locationgate: Track Me? Track You! Lawsuits at Apple!!!!

     Legal sparks have begun to fly after researchers found out that Apple iPhone and iPad 3G was tracking users movements from time to time upon iTunes sync. This means a jealous spouse or laptop theft could result in one's physical movement tracked from June 2010! So far, lawsuits have been filed at Apple for this invasion of privacy.  Do you care?
